Accepted payment methods
You can pay with the debit cards, credit cards and digital wallets shown at checkout. The options available to you appear on the payment step before you place your order.
How and when you are charged
All payments are in British pounds (GBP), and the full amount is charged when you place your order. For a short while your bank may list the amount as pending before it goes through, which is quite normal. All prices include applicable taxes. Should we cancel or turn down an order that you have paid for, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Secure checkout
Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption, and we only work with established payment providers. Those providers process the payment themselves, so your full card number never lands on our systems.
