Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. If customs or import duties come up, they are not included in the price and the customer pays them.
How long will my order take?
We process orders in 1 to 3 business days and delivery takes 4 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
What is your returns policy?
Within 30 days of delivery you can ask for a return of unworn items in their original condition. We never charge a restocking fee.
Who pays for return postage?
If you have changed your mind, email us first and we reply with the return address. You then send the item back yourself and pay the postage, with any service you like. We recommend a tracked one, because the parcel stays your responsibility until it reaches us. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, you do not need to send it back: email us a photo and choose a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
